Custom construction and tooling
Structural design, prototyping and bracelet tooling support new developments from drawings or reference samples. The case connection is part of the development review.

02 / Sample review
Review the bracelet on its intended case.
During bracelet component machining, our factory samples dimensions and surface appearance. Sample approval also covers the assembled fit and operation below.
- End-link fit
- Check the connection, profile and gaps against the intended case or agreed drawing.
- Adjustment and operation
- Review removable links, usable length and clasp opening and closure. Agree any strength or durability tests for the design.
- Finish and supplied parts
- Compare link and clasp finishes with the sample reference. Check the logo, end links and accessories against the agreed parts list.
Use the approved specification and sample as the production reference. Record outstanding changes before placing the production order.
03 / Start a component order
Prepare your strap or bracelet brief.
Share the references you have. Include the delivery destination and target date; we can identify missing details together.

Can I source straps or bracelets separately?
Yes. ROLENDO accepts standalone strap and bracelet orders, including custom metal bracelets. Other strap materials and construction requirements are reviewed for the specific project.
Is lug width enough to specify a fitted metal bracelet?
For a fitted end link, also provide the case connection drawing or reference sample, end-link profile and attachment dimensions. Confirm length adjustment and clasp operation on the intended watch case.
How should I specify the bracelet finish and branding?
Mark polished and brushed areas, color references and logo positions on the drawing. Review the clasp, link movement and surface appearance together on the sample.
Can I send a case sample instead of a finished bracelet drawing?
Yes, a reference sample can help start the discussion. Include the desired bracelet style, material, length and quantity. The connection dimensions and development scope still need to be agreed before making a custom sample.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
Component MOQ, tooling needs, sample costs and lead times are quoted for the design, material and quantity. The complete-watch catalogue MOQ does not set the terms for a component order.
Can I send drawings for a quotation?
Send case or lug drawings, strap or bracelet dimensions, material and color references, clasp requirements, logo artwork and quantity per configuration. Include any required inspection criteria.
