When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, you choose the information you send, such as your name, business contact details, product requirements, drawings and correspondence. Please send only information needed for the project and avoid sensitive personal information or files you are not authorized to share.
Our inquiry form collects your name, business email and message, together with the selected project type, product reference and any attachments you choose to include.
03Why information is used
Information you provide is used to respond to your request, evaluate specifications, prepare quotations, discuss samples and manage an agreed business relationship. Technical information may also be used to maintain the service, prevent misuse and resolve delivery or security issues.

Campaign attribution is treated as expired after 30 days; browser storage may remain until cleared or replaced. Hosting and delivery services may receive connection information such as an IP address.
05Website analytics
Google Analytics 4 is configured to load automatically on https://www.rolendowatchco.com to help us understand visits, traffic sources and form interactions. Google uses cookies and online identifiers to measure activity and receives information such as pages viewed, referring sites, campaign parameters and browser or device details. Our analytics events do not include names, email addresses, inquiry messages or attachments.
Analytics is disabled on our local development and Cloudflare Pages preview addresses. You can block or clear cookies and site storage through your browser settings.
06External services
Cloudflare Stream players are loaded when you choose to play a video. Playback connects your browser to Cloudflare to deliver the video and may involve connection information such as your IP address and browser details; Cloudflare’s data practices apply. Clicking WhatsApp opens that service, and an email link opens your email application. These providers handle information under their own policies.
Cloudflare Workers processes inquiries and contact events, D1 stores inquiry records, and R2 stores submitted attachments. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to reduce spam and may process browser and connection information.
07Access, locations and retention
Correspondence may need to be handled by the team and service providers involved in responding to your request, such as email or business-messaging providers. Information sent to our team is handled in China; external providers may process it in other locations. Where applicable, required safeguards must be put in place for international transfers.
The period for keeping correspondence depends on the inquiry, any resulting order, recordkeeping duties and unresolved claims. Request details about your records through the contact above. Do not assume that sending an inquiry establishes a fixed deletion date.
