02 / Sample review
Check dial layout, finish and fit.
Our factory inspects dial components for appearance and workmanship. Use the following points to approve the sample for your particular design.
- Layout at actual size
- Read the logo, minute track and date opening at the intended dial size. Check alignment against the approved artwork.
- Finish on a physical sample
- Compare color, texture and printed or applied details with the agreed reference under consistent lighting.
- Fit with the mating parts
- Review dial feet, openings and clearance with the specified movement and hands. Record dimensions and any revisions before approval.
Use the approved specification and sample as the production reference. Record outstanding changes before placing the production order.

Can I order watch dials without complete watches?
Yes. ROLENDO accepts standalone watch dial manufacturing orders. Send your dial specifications and quantities so we can review the project separately from a complete-watch order.
What is needed to check dial and movement compatibility?
Provide the exact movement reference and a dimensioned dial drawing. Mark dial-foot positions, center and calendar openings, thickness and hand clearance. Matching the dial diameter alone does not establish fit.
How do we confirm the dial color and logo?
Send artwork with the logo size and position, plus a physical color or finish reference if available. Use the agreed sample to review color, printing and applied details; screen images are a starting reference.
Are watch hands included in a custom dial order?
List hands and other accessories separately in your brief. Specify whether indices and logos should be printed, applied or supplied separately for review. The quotation should identify the finished dial and all additional parts included.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
Component MOQ, tooling needs, sample costs and lead times are quoted for the design, material and quantity. The complete-watch catalogue MOQ does not set the terms for a component order.
Can I send drawings for a quotation?
Send a dimensioned drawing, movement reference, editable dial artwork, color and finish references, and quantity per design or color. Include the destination and target delivery date.
