01Website operator and scope
This website is operated for Foshan Baofeilun Watches Co., Ltd. under the ROLENDO brand, at 18th Floor, Area A, Yuneng Digital Plaza, No. 46 South Lishui Avenue, Lishui Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City. It provides information for business customers considering watches, components, sampling and OEM/ODM projects. Questions can be sent to sales@rolendowatchco.com.
02Information and product references
Catalogue descriptions, photographs and design illustrations help you evaluate possible projects. Screen appearance, colors and illustrative details may differ from a supplied product. Confirm the product reference, drawings, material, movement, dimensions, finish and other requirements in writing before ordering.
Website content may be corrected or updated. A reference model or stated capability does not confirm availability or acceptance of every custom configuration.
03Inquiries, quotations and orders
Sending a message or sample request starts a discussion; it does not place an order or reserve production capacity. This website does not provide online checkout or take payment.
Pricing, currency, payment arrangements, quote validity, quantities, specifications, delivery terms and other commercial conditions are agreed separately. Production requires the relevant written order confirmation. Order-specific agreements govern the transaction; these website terms do not replace them.
04Samples, quantities and schedules
100 pieces per model, per color. Smaller orders for minor changes to existing styles can be evaluated. New designs requiring tooling are quoted according to their construction.
Watch sampling: 30–45 calendar days. Bulk production: 45–60 calendar days. Confirm the project schedule after reviewing specifications, tooling and sample approval; shipping time is separate.
Samples are available for product evaluation and quality confirmation. Sample charges and shipping costs may apply depending on the product specifications. For customized samples, production will be arranged after the specifications and drawings are confirmed. Sample costs may be credited toward a subsequent bulk order subject to order quantity and mutual agreement.
Component orders are quoted separately for the design, material, tooling and quantity. Sample approval records the agreed reference; it does not automatically start bulk production.
05Shipping and after-sales
Multiple shipping methods are available, including international courier, air freight and sea freight, arranged according to customer's requirements. All shipping cost and customs-related expenses are borne by the buyer. We deliver goods to designated warehouse or courier pickup point. Customs clearance, duties, VAT and local delivery at destination are the buyer’s responsibility. Tracking documents will be provided after shipment for logistics monitoring.
Confirm the applicable delivery arrangement in your quotation or order. Inspection, defect reporting, remedies, warranty coverage and any cancellation or refund conditions must be agreed for the order; this website does not create an additional fixed warranty or unconditional return promise. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
06Drawings, branding and website materials
Only submit designs, logos, drawings and other materials you are authorized to use and share for the proposed project. Discuss confidentiality requirements before sending restricted files. Ownership of new designs, tooling and development work must be addressed in the project agreement.
Website branding, text, photographs and other materials are protected by the rights of their respective owners. You may review and share links for legitimate business evaluation; obtain permission for other reproduction or commercial reuse.
07Responsible use and external services
Do not use the website to send unlawful content, malicious files or spam, impersonate another party, or disrupt access to the service.
Video, messaging and email features involve external services with their own terms and privacy practices. Website access and third-party service availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
