Structural design and tooling
We support structural design, prototyping and new case tooling from drawings or reference samples. Development covers the case shape and its component interfaces.
ROLENDO / COMPONENT MANUFACTURING
ROLENDO is a custom watch case manufacturer in China. Our development scope includes structural design, prototyping and tooling, with 316L stainless steel and polished, brushed or IP-finished case options.

01 / Manufacturing & customization
We support structural design, prototyping and new case tooling from drawings or reference samples. Development covers the case shape and its component interfaces.
316L stainless steel is a core material in our watch manufacturing. Case dimensions and construction are developed around the movement, dial and other mating parts.
Multi-surface polishing, brushing and IP coating are available for project review. The drawing and sample define the finish and color for each case area.
Selected production work inside ROLENDO’s own factory.

Machining in the case workshop. New case developments can involve dedicated tooling as part of the agreed scope.

Case components held on racks during production, showing batch handling within the workshop.
02 / Sample review
Our factory samples case dimensions and surface appearance during machining. Final sample approval brings these checks together with the specified mating parts and test scope.
Use the approved specification and sample as the production reference. Record outstanding changes before placing the production order.
03 / Start a component order
Share the references you have. Include the delivery destination and target date; we can identify missing details together.
Component MOQ, tooling, sample charges and timing are quoted for your specification. The complete-watch MOQ does not apply.
FAQ
The details that help you take the next step.
Yes. ROLENDO accepts standalone watch case manufacturing orders. Define the supplied parts, material, finish and assembly scope in your inquiry.
A case drawing or a sealed-case test alone does not establish the finished watch rating. Define the crystal, crown, caseback, seals and assembly scope, then agree the test conditions and acceptance criteria for the supplied configuration.
Specify whether the order includes the crystal, crown, caseback, seals or other mating parts. Identify the movement reference, material, finish, tooling needs and quantities so quotations cover the same supplied parts.
A new case shape or construction may require tooling and additional sample work. Send the drawings or reference sample for review. Confirm development charges, revision scope and tooling arrangements in the quotation before proceeding.
Component MOQ, tooling needs, sample costs and lead times are quoted for the design, material and quantity. The complete-watch catalogue MOQ does not set the terms for a component order.
Send dimensioned drawings, movement and mating-component references, material and finish requirements, assembly scope and quantities. If water resistance is required, include the intended rating and test requirements for review.
