Can the factory work with my watch brand?
ROLENDO works on private label, OEM and ODM watch projects. Start with a catalogue model, provide a defined design, or share a product concept to discuss the development scope.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom watches?
100 pieces per model, per color. Smaller orders for minor changes to existing styles can be evaluated. New designs requiring tooling are quoted according to their construction.
How should we confirm samples, quality checks and documents?
Review the written specification and sample for dimensions, appearance, fit and function. Before placing a production order, agree the required tests, acceptance criteria, inspection records and any compliance documents for your target market.
What are the sample and production lead times?
Watch sampling: 30–45 calendar days. Bulk production: 45–60 calendar days. Confirm the project schedule after reviewing specifications, tooling and sample approval; shipping time is separate.
What should I send to discuss a manufacturing project?
Send a reference model or drawings, customization requirements, quantities by model or color, packaging needs and destination. Reference files can be included with your quote request.
